Our story

Mid-century modern, lived in

Aerhaus is a 1956 Don Wexler-designed home that's been restored to honor its original architecture while meeting the needs of today's guests. We believe a great villa should feel like a place you belong, not a museum. The design works because it was built to work—clean lines, open spaces, and materials that age beautifully.
